把 Lispr 用到極致。

Try one sentence

Open a note and place the cursor in a text field. Hold your configured dictation key, say a sentence, then release it. Keep the cursor in that field while Lispr prepares the text.

On Windows, allow desktop apps to use your microphone in Windows Settings. Open the Lispr icon in the notification area to check your microphone and dictation key. The macOS permissions below apply only to Mac.

1. 麥克風

Lispr 需要聽到你。macOS 首次會詢問；如果你錯過提示或撤銷了權限，請到 系統設定 → 私隱與安全性 → 麥克風 授予 — 開啟 Lispr。

2. 輔助使用

Lispr 會把識別出的文字插入到游標位置 — 這需要「輔助使用」權限。請到 系統設定 → 私隱與安全性 → 輔助使用 授予 — 開啟 Lispr。

3. Input Monitoring（可選）

Lispr 不需要它：上面的「輔助使用」權限已經讓它能在任何 App 看到觸發鍵。macOS 可能仍會在 系統設定 → 私隱與安全性 → Input Monitoring 列出 Lispr — 授予或略過都不會改變任何事。

按住說話

Hold the dictation key shown in your Lispr menu, speak, then release it. You can choose another key in that menu. Start in a note or a draft message with the cursor already in the text field.

鎖定（免持）模式

雙擊觸發鍵，Lispr 就會持續錄音，直到你再次點擊。需要雙手空出時很方便。

錄音中途取消

錄音時按 Esc 就會丟棄 — 不插入任何內容，也不會傳回文字。音訊在你說話時就以串流上傳，所以其中一部分可能已經到達轉寫代理；它不會被存放在那裡。

替代觸發鍵

如果你 Mac 上的右 ⌥ 被其他捷徑佔用，可以在選單列圖示換一個觸發鍵：⌥、⌃、⌘、⇧ 或 Fn — 左右成對的鍵還能指定左、右或任一側。

語言

Lispr 透過多語言的 Whisper 進行轉寫。語言會自動偵測 — 你甚至可以在句子中途切換，它能跟上。約可辨識 99 種語言，無需任何設定。

智慧句子串接

如果你口述一句，然後緊接著再口述一句，Lispr 會在兩者間加上句點和空格 — 不會出現連成一串的句子。自動串接只會在它上一次自己插入之後發生，所以你自己輸入的文字不會被動到。

剪貼簿

Lispr 內部使用剪貼簿來插入文字 — 但完成後會立刻還原你先前複製的內容。一小時前複製的連結或段落，⌘V 一樣會還給你。

更新

Lispr 透過 Sparkle 自動更新 — 新版本簽署後，已安裝的 Lispr 會在下次啟動時提供。各版本變更請見 更新日誌。

Open Vocabulary in the Lispr menu. Add a name, company or specialist term in the spelling you want to use. Then dictate a short sentence containing it in a note.

For example, add “Codebridge” before dictating a message about a Codebridge meeting. Vocabulary helps recognition with unfamiliar words; check the result, especially for names.

Open Translation in the Lispr menu and choose a target language for a translation slot. Check the extra key shown for that slot; there are two slots for different target languages.

Start dictation with your usual key. While speaking, also hold the translation slot key, and keep both held until you finish. Release them to get text in the chosen target language. The language indicator during recording shows the active target.

Try a short message in your own language with English as the target. On your next dictation, use only the main key when you want the original language. Choosing a translation slot does not permanently change your dictation language.

Open Formatting in the Lispr menu. Light mode adds punctuation, paragraphs and lists. Concise also removes filler and repetition. This setting stays selected until you change it; choose Off for ordinary dictation.

Try Light with a short meeting note: the decision, the person responsible and the next step. Read the result before sending it. Formatting can change wording, and access depends on your current plan and allowance.

觸發鍵沒反應

• 確認 輔助使用 已授予（上方第 2 步）— 沒有它，Lispr 既看不到按鍵，也無法向其他 App 輸入文字。
• 確認沒有其他 App 搶走右 ⌥ — Karabiner、BetterTouchTool、Raycast 熱鍵、Magnet 等。若有，請從選單列圖示把 Lispr 切換為 Fn。

「我們沒聽清楚」

Lispr 會過濾非常短和安靜的錄音（自 0.39 起），這樣誤碰按鍵不會變成一段亂七八糟的文字。如果你看到這提示而你 確實 有說話：開口前把鍵多按住一會兒，並在選單中檢查所選的麥克風是否正確。

文字跑到錯誤的 App

Lispr 在你 放開 觸發鍵的那一刻插入到目前獲得焦點的游標。如果你錄音中途切換了 App，文字會進入新的 App。提示：按住鍵前先把游標放到目的位置。

選單列圖示不見了

• 特別是在 macOS 11–12 上，較早的版本（≤ 0.24）可能會遺失圖示 — 請從 更新日誌 頁面更新到最新；此問題在 0.25 已修正。
• 如果你的 macOS 較新但仍然看不到：可能是選單列已滿，圖示被藏在 Control Center / Bartender 之下。試著隱藏幾個圖示來騰出空間。

轉寫逾時

如果上傳途中網路打嗝了，Lispr 不會永遠轉圈：伺服器約 20 秒沒有任何回音後就會放棄並告訴你。再試一次 — 下一次嘗試會走一條全新的連線，通常會成功。

Sparkle 抓不到更新

DMG 和 appcast 從 proxy.lispr.ai 透過 TCP-only 路徑供應（自 0.39 起）— 這能繞過部分網路上 HTTP/3 的問題。若你的網路仍然封鎖，你隨時可以直接從 lispr.ai 下載最新的 Lispr.dmg 手動更換 App。

非常長的錄音

Lispr 會在兩小時時自動停下單次錄音。什麼都不會被丟掉：它像正常放開按鍵一樣收尾，並轉寫你說過的內容。

我的聲音去了哪裡？

從你的 Mac 經由加密連線到我們營運的邊緣代理，再由它轉送給 Groq 進行轉寫。Groq 回傳文字，代理再把文字回到你的 Mac，音訊立即丟棄。預設情況下，沒有任何錄音會存放在伺服器上，也沒有任何錄音被用來訓練模型 — 例外是 App 裡的兩個分享設定，在你親手開啟之前都是關閉的。

有帳號嗎？

不是必需的。你可以下載 Lispr 直接語音輸入，不必註冊任何東西。付費方案有一個選用帳號 — 以寄到信箱的一次性驗證碼登入，而且依然沒有密碼，也沒有個人資料。

那記錄呢？

Lispr 會隨每個轉寫請求送出診斷用的 X-Lispr-* 標頭 — 時間、錯誤碼和每次安裝隨機產生的 ID，絕不包含音訊或轉寫內容。我們會保留由此彙總的計數器，用來看什麼壞了；你可以在選單裡把這整套關掉。

可以離線運作嗎？

不行 — 轉寫在雲端執行，這也正是它既快（從放開按鍵到文字出現在游標處，中位數約 0.35 秒）又準的原因。如果你需要完全本地的聽寫，macOS 內建的「聽寫」是不錯的選項；這就是我們做出的取捨。
