Quick setup and practical tasks on Mac and Windows. Open the Lispr menu from the menu bar on Mac or the notification area on Windows to find your dictation key and settings.
首次设置
Lispr 在首次启动时会带你走完这些步骤 — 这里把同样的流程写下来，万一你需要重做。
Try one sentence
Open a note and place the cursor in a text field. Hold your configured dictation key, say a sentence, then release it. Keep the cursor in that field while Lispr prepares the text.
On Windows, allow desktop apps to use your microphone in Windows Settings. Open the Lispr icon in the notification area to check your microphone and dictation key. The macOS permissions below apply only to Mac.
1. 麦克风
Lispr 需要听到你。macOS 首次会询问；如果你错过了提示或撤销了权限，请在 系统设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 麦克风 中授予 — 打开 Lispr。
2. 辅助功能
Lispr 把识别的文本插入到光标所在位置 — 这需要「辅助功能」权限。请在 系统设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 辅助功能 中授予 — 打开 Lispr。
3. Input Monitoring（可选）
Lispr 不需要它：上面的「辅助功能」权限已经让它能在任何 App 中看到触发键。macOS 可能仍会在 系统设置 → 隐私与安全性 → Input Monitoring 里列出 Lispr — 授予或跳过都没有任何影响。
这些权限授予时既不会创建账户，也不会从你的机器发送任何东西到外面。它们只是解锁了 Lispr 真正工作所需的 macOS 部分。
日常使用
按住说话
Hold the dictation key shown in your Lispr menu, speak, then release it. You can choose another key in that menu. Start in a note or a draft message with the cursor already in the text field.
锁定（免提）模式
双击触发键，Lispr 就会持续录音，直到你再次双击。需要双手自由时很有用。
录音中途取消
录音时按 Esc 即可丢弃 — 不插入任何内容，也不会返回文本。音频在你说话时就在流式上传，所以其中一部分可能已经到达转写代理；它不会被存在那里。
替代触发键
如果你 Mac 上的右 ⌥ 已被其他快捷键占用，可以在菜单栏图标里换一个触发键：⌥、⌃、⌘、⇧ 或 Fn — 左右成对的键还能指定左、右或任意一侧。
语言
Lispr 通过多语言的 Whisper 转写。语言自动检测 — 你甚至可以在句子中途切换，它能跟上。识别约 99 种语言，无需任何设置。
智能拼接句子
如果你口述一句，紧接着再口述一句，Lispr 会在两者之间加上句号和空格 — 不会出现连成一长串的句子。自动拼接只会在它自己上次插入之后发生，所以你自己输入的文本不会被动到。
剪贴板
Lispr 内部使用剪贴板来插入文本 — 但插入完后会立刻恢复你之前复制的内容。一个小时前复制的链接或段落，⌘V 还是会返还给你。
更新
Lispr 通过 Sparkle 自动更新 — 新版本签名后，已安装的 Lispr 会在下次启动时提示你。每个版本变更详见 更新日志。
Your vocabulary
Open Vocabulary in the Lispr menu. Add a name, company or specialist term in the spelling you want to use. Then dictate a short sentence containing it in a note.
For example, add “Codebridge” before dictating a message about a Codebridge meeting. Vocabulary helps recognition with unfamiliar words; check the result, especially for names.
Instant translation
Open Translation in the Lispr menu and choose a target language for a translation slot. Check the extra key shown for that slot; there are two slots for different target languages.
Start dictation with your usual key. While speaking, also hold the translation slot key, and keep both held until you finish. Release them to get text in the chosen target language. The language indicator during recording shows the active target.
Try a short message in your own language with English as the target. On your next dictation, use only the main key when you want the original language. Choosing a translation slot does not permanently change your dictation language.
AI formatting
Open Formatting in the Lispr menu. Light mode adds punctuation, paragraphs and lists. Concise also removes filler and repetition. This setting stays selected until you change it; choose Off for ordinary dictation.
Try Light with a short meeting note: the decision, the person responsible and the next step. Read the result before sending it. Formatting can change wording, and access depends on your current plan and allowance.

故障排除
触发键没反应
- 检查 辅助功能 已授予（上文第 2 步）— 否则 Lispr 既看不到按键，也无法向其他 App 输入文本。
- 确保没有其他 App 在抢右 ⌥ — Karabiner、BetterTouchTool、Raycast 热键、Magnet 等。如有，请从菜单栏图标把 Lispr 切到 Fn。
「我们没听清」
Lispr 会过滤极短和静音的录音（自 0.39 起），这样误碰按键不会变成一段乱码文本。如果出现这个提示而你 确实 说了话：开口前把键再多按住一会儿，并在菜单中检查所选的麦克风是否正确。
文本进到错的 App
Lispr 在你 松开 触发键的那一刻向当前聚焦的光标插入。如果你录音中途切换了 App，文本会进入新 App。提示：按住键之前先把光标放到目标位置。
菜单栏图标不见了
- 特别是在 macOS 11–12 上，早期构建（≤ 0.24）可能丢失图标 — 从 更新日志 页面升级到最新版；该问题已在 0.25 修复。
- 如果你用的是较新的 macOS 仍然看不见：可能是菜单栏太满，图标被藏在 Control Center / Bartender 下面。试试隐藏几个图标，给菜单栏腾点地方。
转写超时
如果上传途中网络抖了一下，Lispr 不会永远转圈：服务器约 20 秒没有任何回音后就会放弃并告诉你。再试一次 — 下一次尝试会走一条全新的连接，通常会成功。
Sparkle 拉不到更新
DMG 和 appcast 都从 proxy.lispr.ai 经一条 TCP-only 路径提供（自 0.39 起）— 这能绕过部分网络上出现的 HTTP/3 问题。如果你的网络仍然封锁它，你随时可以直接从 lispr.ai 下载最新的 Lispr.dmg 手动替换应用。
非常长的录音
Lispr 会在两小时时自动停下单次录音。什么都不会被丢掉：它像正常松开按键一样收尾，并把你说的内容转写出来。

我的声音去了哪里？
从你的 Mac 经加密连接到我们运营的边缘代理，再由它转发给 Groq 做转写。Groq 把文本返回，代理再把文本回到你的 Mac，音频立即被丢弃。默认情况下，没有任何录音会被存在服务器上，也没有任何录音被用来训练模型 — 例外是应用里的两个共享设置，在你亲手打开之前都是关闭的。
有账户吗？
不是必需的。你可以下载 Lispr 直接语音输入，无需注册任何东西。付费方案有一个可选账户 — 用发到邮箱的一次性验证码登录，而且依然没有密码，也没有个人资料。
日志呢？
Lispr 会随每个转写请求发送诊断用的 X-Lispr-* 请求头 — 时间、错误码和每次安装随机生成的 ID，绝不包含音频或转写内容。我们会保留由此汇总的计数器，用来看什么坏了；你可以在菜单里把这整套关掉。
能离线工作吗？
不能 — 转写在云端运行，正因为如此它才既快（从松开按键到文本出现在光标处，中位数约 0.35 秒）又准。如果你需要完全本地的听写，macOS 内置的「听写」是一个不错的替代；这就是我们做出的取舍。
