The Lispr affiliate program lets you earn a share of revenue from customers you refer. It is run by Codebridge Technology, Inc. ("Codebridge", "we", "us") on the Dub Partners platform. By applying to or participating in the program you agree to these terms and to Dub's own partner terms.

1.Joining

Apply at partners.dub.co/lispr with a public profile, site or channel. We review applications manually and may accept or decline at our discretion. You must be able to receive payouts through Dub's supported payout methods in your country.

2.Commission

• 35% lifetime recurring: you earn 35% of the net revenue of every payment a referred customer makes — first payment and every renewal — for as long as they remain a paying customer.
• Net revenue means the amount the customer pays excluding VAT, sales and similar taxes, and excluding refunded or charged-back payments.
• A customer counts as referred when they follow your link and create a Lispr account shortly afterwards, as recorded by Dub's tracking (attribution cookie, currently up to 365 days). Existing Lispr accounts and customers do not become attributable to a partner retroactively.
• Free usage earns nothing by itself — commissions accrue only on paid plans. Referred people get the standard Lispr free month, so your first commissions typically start about a month after sign-up.

3.Payouts

• Commissions and payouts are handled by Dub. Each commission is held for 30 days (covering refunds and chargebacks) before it becomes payable; refunds and chargebacks reverse the corresponding commission.
• Confirmed balances are paid out monthly via the payout methods Dub supports for your country. Balances of $10 or more are deposited automatically; Dub's own processing terms apply.
• Taxes on your commissions are your responsibility; Dub collects the applicable tax forms (such as W-9 or W-8) on our behalf.

4.Promotion rules

• Be honest about Lispr. Only make claims about the product that are true and that we make ourselves. Don't promise features, results or guarantees we don't offer.
• Disclose the relationship. Follow the FTC Endorsement Guidelines and the disclosure rules that apply in your country — say clearly that you earn a commission from your link.
• No brand bidding. Don't bid on "Lispr" or its misspellings in search ads, and don't use them in ad display URLs or domain names.
• No impersonation. Don't present yourself as Lispr or Codebridge, and don't run ads, sites or accounts that could be mistaken for official ones.
• No self-referral or forced clicks. Don't buy through your own link, drop attribution cookies without a genuine click, incentivise clicks with anything of value, or use spam, bots or paid-to-click traffic.
• Don't promote Lispr in or alongside unlawful, hateful or misleading content.

5.Relationship

You participate as an independent party. Nothing in the program creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

6.Changes and termination

We may update these terms and program parameters (including commission rates) going forward — changes never reduce commissions you have already earned. Either side can leave the program at any time; we may remove a partner immediately for breach of these terms. Commissions earned honestly before termination are honoured; commissions obtained through fraud or breach of the promotion rules are forfeited and may be reversed.
