This program is operated by Codebridge Technology, Inc. Invitations and earnings are included automatically with your Lispr account under the general Terms of Service. There is no separate application, checkbox or activation step. Your account brings together two separate rewards: bonus Pro time and commissions on qualifying purchases. Bonus time cannot be withdrawn as money.

Join and share

Your personal invitation link is created automatically when you register and is available in your account. Existing accounts receive the same automatic access; existing links, balances and recorded invitations are preserved. One link supports both bonus Pro time and cash commissions. Participation is free and you do not have to share the link. One verified account has one participant profile; no channel, public profile or manual approval is required. Historical visits made before cash earnings were enabled do not create monetary attribution retroactively. Connecting an imported profile still requires verification of its owner's email address.

• Disclose that you may receive a reward for your recommendation.
• You may promote Lispr with paid advertising, including ads using Lispr brand keywords. Identify yourself as an independent participant and do not impersonate Lispr.
• Do not use your own link or other accounts you control to claim rewards for yourself.
• Describe the product honestly and do not promise unsupported features or guaranteed earnings.
• Do not send spam or use misleading redirects, forced clicks or artificial activity.

Money from purchases

For qualifying payments made from 8 October 2026 at 00:00 UTC, you earn 50% of amounts actually paid after discounts and excluding taxes, including subsequent renewals for the lifetime of the attributed customer. Earlier payments keep their original commission rate; historical commissions and Dub records are not recalculated. Payment processing fees are not silently deducted from that calculation. Refunds and chargebacks reduce the corresponding commission using that payment's original rate, including after a payout, and may leave an adjustment against future earnings.

A browser link is remembered for up to 365 days. The last eligible partner click before attribution is used: it must occur by the seventh day after account creation, and the account must not already have paid. Attribution is fixed when recorded. Opening the cabinet later does not invalidate an otherwise eligible earlier click. A code can be confirmed before the first purchase during the first 60 days of the account, provided no monetary partner is already recorded. A code never replaces a recorded partner.

Existing referral and Dub links and previously recorded attribution remain valid. Their historical records are preserved during migration. A monthly reward and a monetary commission can have different recorded recipients under the older attribution rules.

Bonus Pro time

The first eligible referral within 30 days is used for bonus time. A linked app installation is required. Activity after the invitation must reach 40 dictations, 30 minutes of speech, and 5 distinct UTC days after the invitation day.

On activation, the friend's trial lasts at least until 30 days after activation; this is not 30 additional days on top of an existing trial. An eligible inviter without an active paid or Founding plan receives 30 days from the later of now and the end of their existing referral time. That first award can overlap an ordinary trial. The limits are 12 months per inviter over the lifetime of the program and 1,000 inviter awards overall. The friend can still qualify when the inviter's cap is reached.

Payouts

Commissions are held for 30 days after confirmed payment. Available USD balances of at least $10 are processed monthly after recipient details and the payment route have been verified. Setting up a transfer, exporting a file or reserving a balance is not confirmation that money has been sent or received.

Bank payouts use verified Wise Business routes. Availability depends on the recipient, country, currency and bank; joining does not guarantee an available payout route in every country. Lispr covers the transfer fee. Any currency conversion, source and recipient amounts, exchange rate and fee are shown in the payout record. Non-USD commissions are kept in their original currency pending an agreed conversion; different currencies are never added at a one-to-one rate.

Before a payout we need the recipient's country, appropriate account details and applicable tax documentation through a secure process. You remain responsible for your own tax obligations. Paddle's handling of taxes on customer purchases does not settle taxes on your commissions.

Records, restrictions and changes

The cabinet shows recorded invitations, commissions, holds, adjustments and payouts without revealing customers' private information. A confirmed bank return is recorded separately. An unknown transfer result stays reserved until reconciled.

Confirmed abuse may restrict new participation or place disputed funds on hold. Restrictions and adjustments must have a recorded reason; previously earned obligations are not erased merely because a profile is restricted or the rules change. Updates are versioned and follow the changes provision in the general Lispr Terms of Service; there is no separate program acceptance step. Changes do not retroactively recalculate previously recorded commissions.
