The Lispr app is free in early access, so there is nothing to refund today. This policy applies to Lispr Pro subscriptions and passes once paid plans launch. Short version: if Pro isn't for you, tell us within 14 days and you get your money back.

1.14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your first purchase of a Lispr Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time pass, contact us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full. No questionnaire, no hoops.

2.How to request a refund

• Reply to your order receipt email — purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, and their support can issue the refund directly; or
• Email us at [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and we will handle it with Paddle for you.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3.Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your Lispr account page — Pro then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

If a renewal went through and you didn't mean it to, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the renewed period has seen no more than incidental use.

4.One-time passes

One-time passes (for example a 12-month pass) do not auto-renew and follow the same 14-day money-back rule as first purchases.

5.Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right, nothing in this policy limits it. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law wins.

6.Fair use of this policy

The guarantee exists so that trying Pro is risk-free — not as a way to get recurring free service. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same account that follow a pattern of purchase, heavy use and refund.
